Auria Robotics Inc. (“Auria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Auria Robotics mobile application (the “App”) and our website currently used for informational and marketing purposes at www.auriarobotics.com (together, the “Services”).

We collect only the minimum personal and device information necessary to operate the App and improve user experience.

We do not collect phone numbers, physical addresses, or social media profile data.

Payments

All payments for the Auria App are handled securely through the Apple App Store.
Auria Robotics does not process, access, or store credit card or payment information directly.

2. How We Use the Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate and improve the App’s interactive and adaptive features

  • Support speech and behavioral learning experiences

  • Provide technical support and respond to parent or guardian inquiries

  • Ensure the App’s functionality, reliability, and safety

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Auria Robotics App is designed for children, including those under age 13, and operates under strict COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) compliance.

  • The App collects only limited data necessary for educational interaction (e.g., voice, usage data).

  • No personal data is used for marketing or behavioral tracking.

  • Parents or guardians may review, request deletion of, or withdraw consent for their child’s data at any time by contacting us at privacy@auriarobotics.com.

  • The App must be used with parental or educator supervision.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect all collected data using encryption, secure storage, and restricted access.
Where possible, sensitive data (e.g., voice processing) is handled on-device rather than transmitted to external servers.

We retain minimal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above.

Auria Robotics may use limited, privacy-safe analytics tools (e.g., crash logs or usage metrics) to understand app performance.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking tools.

Parents and Guardians
